Frequently asked questions
When is my date reserved?
Submitting a request does not reserve a date. TGS will approve availability, provide your contract, and request the 50% deposit. Your booking is confirmed after signing and payment verification.
What is included in my package?
Each package provides the listed photography coverage. The final image count, delivery timeframe, location, travel charges, and any extras will be agreed in your contract before payment.
How do I access my photos and invoice?
Use your private client link to open your booking, invoice, contract, and delivered gallery. Keep this link private; anyone with the link can access your portal once client access is enabled.
